I, along with Sham, have taken a look at the above mentioned PO.

Upon further investigation, we found that the line had been de-obligated and the error was on my end.

No further action is needed and the accrual for November will be processed.

I wanted to reply to this email from previous month to let you know that I still have the same issue, the  -.031 is still showing and I cannot continue with the accruals, and for the same reason I couldn’t do the October accrual,

While I was processing the accruals for PO 23-C0331 I noticed that line 84 was de-obligated on 9/16/2024. This caused the line to have a balance of (-$0.31). Please contact procurement to have the balance removed.
