Good Morning Tom!

While processing the accrual for 24-C0836, I noticed the following:

  *   line 3 has already been vouchered at 100%. Due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 50%.

Once the item above has been corrected, please resubmit the accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org> as soon as possible so that it can be processed by close of business today.

Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through October 29, 2024 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
