Hi Jim!

I am processing the accruals for the attached . However, the following items need to be corrected:

SW Funk: the information in the PO Line# field is incorrect. You have the PO # listed instead of the actual PO line #.

Warwick Mechanical Group: the PO # is incorrect. This is not a valid PO#. Also, the information in the PO Line# field is incorrect. You have the PO # listed instead of the actual PO line #.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through October 29, 2024 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
