[Evpo] accruals for 23-D1488 and 25-C1648

Good Afternoon Dave,


When I was trying to process the accrual for PO-25-C1648 I noticed the following:

1. we received a voucher for July yesterday and when processed it line 1 now is vouchered at 100%. In this case please let me know if you want to mark the PO as no accrual or if you want to accrue on another line,


Please let me know as soon as possible so I can process it before month end,
