Apologies for the lateness, I was out of regular e-mail access during a vacation from August 15 thru 22 and am just back. But if still relevant:

There is nothing to accrue for PO# 24-D0863 and PO# 25-C0871 for the month of August projected through August 27 beyond already received and approved invoices.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



Submittals were originally requested by Tuesday, August 19, 2025.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, August 21, 2025, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End in Accordance with our contract requirements.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form ( PO Accrual Form) for work completed through August 27, 2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
