Good Morning Zack,

the reporting end - date for accruals for February is 02/24/2025, that is the last day that we accept accruals . and the complete through date on the accrual form should be 02/26/2025 that is the month end for February.

Good Morning Zach!

Unfortunately, I am unable to make these changes as month end was on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. As per my last email that was sent on 01/29/2025 the accrual for 24-C0460 for the month of January, was posted as follows:

Line 2 accrued 100% .

Line 3 changed to zero accrual. (we were able to change it to zero because it was not vouchered before)

Line 4 accrued 25%.

Line 5 we cannot change it to 25%, as its already vouchered at 100%.

If you would like to accrue lines 6 and 7, they can be accrued in the month of February (when its time for February Accrual, you can send us your accrual form again)

So I did the accruals based on the attachment you provided as follow:

Line 2 accrued 100% .

Hi Zack,

The accrual form is standard, and I cannot change it, the only thing is if you want Zero on some of the lines you don't have to put them on the PO Accrual. Only Line 3 because you said you want to change it back to zero, as its not vouchered you can do that.

Good Morning Zack,

If you don't want accrual in any of the lines, you don't have to put them in the form, only add those lines in the form that you want accruals, that way you will have enough space for the lines you want accruals on them.
