[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals - February 2025 - 2nd Request

Good Morning Zack,


I am reviewing the attached PO Accrual form , and I noticed the following:

Line 4 accrued 25% on January, do you want to change it to Zero, I can do that as its not Vouchered yet.
Line 5 we cannot change it to Zero, as its already vouchered at 100%.


Please make the necessary changes and send it back to  evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.

 Submittals were requested by COB Today, February 18, 2025. It is imperative that we receive a response by noon Thursday, February 20, 2025.

 Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through February 26, 2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
