Good Morning Carl,

I am working on the attached accrual. However, the following item(s) needs to be corrected:

  *   line 1 & 2 are Vouchered at 100%, please make the necessary changes and resubmit to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>. If nothing is being accrued for this PO for this month, please submit a no accrual.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through January 29, 2025 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
