Good Morning Zack,

I am working on the attached accrual. However, the following item(s) needs to be corrected:


  *   line 5 was Vouchered at 100% in December, you cannot decrease it to 25%, please make the necessary changes and resubmit to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.
on the report that I sent you yesterday it shows that line 5 is vouchered 100%

My revised accrual form is attached.

Next month or right now please send me an accrual form with 12 line items.  The standard form is lock and cannot be expanded to include the 12 Cost Point line items.
