Accrual I sent is up to date, with 100% line 1, 25% line 2 and 40% line 4.  We are mostly paused right now, and expect
to go further into design hopefully next month (line 2).

Here are the percentage for each line from last invoice:

So if you want accrual in any of the lines above, it should be greater than the percentage that already vouchered,

This should be current through this month.  I believe line 2 went from

20% to 25%.

I working on the attached PO 21C0935005, and I noticed that all the line accruals are the same as last invoice processed, does that mean you don't have anything to accrue for this PO?
