 Submittals were requested by COB Today July 21, 2025. It is imperative that we receive a response by noon Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

 Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through July 29,2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
