While prepping to enter in the accrual Hill-Baker (22-C1262002), I noticed the following:

  1.  The complete through date should be 06/26/2025
  2.  Line 10 is already vouchered at 100%

Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through June 26, 2025 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
