PO - C0405 (OCEM Acquisition Corp): Multielectric MPS#4 All (4 power supplies have been fully delivered) one small chiller is awaited.
Please accrue 100% of the delivery in November 2025.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order.

Submittals were originally requested by COB November 17, 2025 with the second request by Noon Today, November 19, 2025.   It is imperative that you forward November 2025 accruals ASAP.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through November 24, 2025- this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
