I will be happy to help, regarding your questions, i always depend on the accrual report that i get it from you monthly, however during the month we will get invoices to process, as you can see from the attached email:

  1.
We processed the attached invoice on Sep.5, 2025 based on Sharon Williams approval line 4 of the PO 24-C1425 is vouchered at 77.67 %.
  2.
Based on your email and attached PO Accrual form, September accrual is processed. (Please see the PO register report for detailed information)

Good afternoon Sham,

We are identifying some potential accounting inconsistencies with PO# 24-C1425 and wondering if it may be related to the accrual reporting. Maybe you could provide some insight to the following:

  1.
What is the process for determining the percentage (%) vouchered for a project? For example, both Aug. and Sept's percentage complete have been higher than I originally reported. Curious if you received the 77.67% determination from another source/department?

  2.
In the PSR system there is a $96,092.32 total accrual for base bid item 004. Also trying to understand what this specifically corresponds too in the line description (base bid item 004) and whom may have provided that $ amount.

While i was trying to add the accrual for PO 24-C1425, I noticed the following:

  1.
line 4 is already vouchered at 77.67% we cannot decrease the amount.
  2.
line 8 is already vouchered at 100% we cannot decrease it to zero.

please make the necessary changes as soon as possible and send it back to day to evpo at jlab.org,
