[Evpo] October 2025 Accrual PO 21C0935005

Good Morning Tom,


While I was trying to process the accrual for PO 21C0935005, I noticed that line 3 of the PO is already vouchered at 75% and we cannot decrease that amount to 25%(an invoice was processed yesterday on line 3 which changed the percentage to 75)

Please make the necessary changes and send it back to evpo at jlab.org,
