I am glad it helped, base on the attached accrual form, i see there is no change on the accrual, i will mark PO as no accrual for October,

Hi Sham,

Yes indeed, the answer is clear now.
The subcontract po status report does not list the nickels and dimes that the PO register form includes.
Now I see where the nickles and dimes create a slight variation in the percentage complete value. Not sure why I dont receive the PO register form every month, but now I understand the discrepancy.

Not sure what to say about the percentage value but the invoices to date divided by the total PO amount is what I used so how
was the 60.51% derived?

Good catch on the complete through date and I will wait to change that when I hear back on the percent complete discrepancy.

While I was trying to process the accrual for PO 25-C1113, I noticed the following:

  1.
 line 1 of the PO is already vouchered at 60.51% and we cannot decrease that amount to 59.66%(an invoice was processed on 10.10.2025 on line 1),
  2.
Complete through date should be 10/24/2025
