I just checked PO 25C1295001, and noticed the following :

Complete though date should be 10/24/2025
  2.
PO 25C1295001 has only one line , which is line 1 and its vouchered at 34.42% we cannot decrease the percentage,

Please make the necessary changes and send it back to evpo at jlab.org,

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through October 24, 2025 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
