Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



Submittals were originally requested by Tuesday October 21, 2025.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, October 24, 2025, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End in Accordance with our contract requirements.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form ( PO Accrual Form) for work completed through October 24, 2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
