The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      CEBAF Center Power Outage during Christmas Break

Start Time:  12/26/2013 07:00
End Time:    12/27/2013 08:00
Description: The power in CEBAF Center will be secured for about 10 minutes while the two transformers that feed that building are secured so that the voltage can be raised.  At this time, we don not know if we are doing it on the 26th or the 27th, due to staffing and other, higher priority jobs.

Immediately after the voltage is raised, the power will be turned back on to stay on for the remainder of the holiday shutdown.  No other buildings will be affected.
