Description: Monthly maintenance on GovernAir unit : air filters, belts, cleaning, inspection....
Affects all labs 1st-3rd floors : AC & Heat is OFF during maintenance task.
*Will also perform maintenance on fume hood exhaust fans : exhaust will be reduced 50% during maintenance (~10 min ea fan x2).
