The following Power Outage has been Confirmed:

End Time:    07/29/2013 09:00
Description: Remove power from P4 in the Test Lab to disconnect temporary construction power.  This will remove power from T-22 which feeds 1700 in the Test Lab.  1700 feeds the cryo racks near the CMTF control room.
