The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Balancing Central Chilled Water System

Start Time:  08/01/2013 08:00
End Time:    08/01/2013 17:00
Description: Full chilled water flow to all equipment connected to the Central Chiller Plant will be setup to enable the TEDF testing and balancing subcontractor to establish required differential pressure settings for automatic operation of secondary chilled water pumps.  Therefore all chilled water valves will be forced open 100 percent.  The heating function should compensate as areas over cool except Building 90 Air Handling Unit 90-AHU-3 where the chilled and hot water valves a commanded by the same analog output signal.  Building 90 Air Handling Unit 90-AHU-3 conditions the north highbay area, Source Lab, Room 122, Room 125, and Room 126.   These areas will most likely be noticeably cooler than normal.  The impact to other areas should not be significant.
