Description: Must perform monthly maintenance on GovernAir unit : air filters, belts, cleaning, inspection...
Affects all labs 1st-3rd floor : NO AC/ Heat during maintenance 
* Also must perform monthly maintenance on fume hood exhaust fans  - exhaust flow will be reduced 50% ~ 10 min (x2).
