Description: UPDATE:  Breaker received was damaged, will require a reschedule

Remove power from EDP-MC-1 to replace MCB.  This will remove power from EP-MC-1. DP-LAB-4 will remove power from AP-LAB-9A, AP-LAB-9B, AP-LAB-VSA, DP-LAB-11, and AP-LAB17.
