Description: Must perform monthly maintenance on Govair unit : air filters, belts, cleaning, overall inspection.
Affects all labs 1st -3rd floors (except L119): NO AC or heat during maintenance 
* Contractor will also inspect belts, bearings, fan wheels on fume hood exhaust system : system capacity will be reduced 50% for approx 10 min each fan (2).
