The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      ARC Lab Phoenix Ventilation Control Audit (Update)

Description: The Phoenix controls factory representative will evaluate operation of all ARC Building Phoenix control devices used to modulate, monitor, and alarm ARC Lab fume hood and general exhaust ventilation.  Proper operation of all devices will be verified.  Operational problems identified will be corrected.  Fume hood exhaust airflow will be re-certified.  Work will be coordinated around specific lab operations to minimize disruptions.  All ARC labs will need to be accessed.

Update:  Work is proceeding with William and Mary labs being done first.  Work in ODU labs is being coordinated to begin early next week.

Update:  Work is proceeding slower than anticipated.  Subcontractor can not return until next Wednesday 4/9/14.  Estimated completion 4/18/14 not including identified repair work.
