Description: Remove power from panel 200-SB-L1 in the tagger service building to tie in feed to new compressor.  This will remove the lighting, 200-UH-1 & 2, PNL CP-P1, 200-EF-1 FAN, P-9 Pump, and the DWH-2 water heater power.
