Outage:      Counting House Emergency Power - First Floor

Description/Impacts:
Power Outage of panel CHEMP2 in the first floor of the Counting House to tie in 4 circuits for Counting Room A.  This will interrupt all circuits in this panel.  This will affect all counting rooms and the PSS system.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 97: Counting House
