Description/Impacts:
Power outage of the F-wing Electrical room.  This will affect all services in the F-Wing, therefore, no personnel can be in the F-wing during the outage except for electrical personnel working on the Electrical system.  This will not affect the kitchen which receives power from a separate circuit.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
