Outage:      Bldg 28 Chiller Maintenance

Description/Impacts:
Annual preventative maintenance on main building chiller - cleaning and operational checks.
Affects all building 28 : NO AC during maintenance task
* Air flow will not stop, only chilled water cooling (will attempt cooling with outdoor air)  

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 28: SSC (VARC)
