The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      ARC Lab Governair Unit Final Condenser Fan Controller Repair

Description/Impacts:
Replace temporary ARC Governair Unit condenser fan controller with the correct controller designed for outdoor use.  The loaner controller is similar is functionally, but does not have the features necessary for extended use outside.  Work will be rescheduled if it is raining when the work is scheduled since the electrical panel door must be opened to access the controller.

Cooling and airflow to the ARC labs will be off for at least 30 minutes during this work.
