Description/Impacts:
GovernAir unit which conditions 1st-3rd floor labs has failed : JCI will troubleshoot and repair a control issue (blowing a control circuit fuse).
Affects all labs (except L119)  - no AC or re-heat until repaired 
*Chiller and fume hood exhaust is operating normally.

	ARC: Advanced Research Center
