The following Control System Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Installation of Replacement ARC JCI Control System Frontend Controllers

Description/Impacts:
Install replacement ARC Building JCI Control System Frontend Controllers.  The existing JCI NCM controllers will be powered down long enough to install the replacement JCI NAE controllers.  The existing NAE controllers will be re-powered and continue to serve as control system frontend controllers until JCI transitions to the new controllers in an orderly fashion testing control sequence and communication functions.  The only impact to ARC equipment should be no remote access to equipment during while the controllers are powered off.  All systems should remain in normal operation while the frontend controllers are offline.
