Description/Impacts:
 I need to de-energize panel DP-LAB-M-4, which is in the T-Trench area.
We need to hook up the circuits we ran in there last week.
This panel controls the following:
Spare in box T-Trench
RO Skid in T-Trench
LEWA Pump in T-Trench
Pressure washer room 1043

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
