Outage:      UIM Electrical Distribution - North Loop

Description/Impacts:
Contractor will be upgrading cables from Unitsub 5 to MVSW#2 to MH5.  This will impact the test lab chillers and data center redundant feed.  Currently the secondary breaker is off from previous work.  Plan is for a two day outage at Unitsub 5 to remove cables and then re-energize Unitsub 5 for test lab chiller maintenance.  At the end of the maintenance, a 2nd outage (2 days) will occur for contractor to pull cables into Unitsub 5, terminate and test.
