Outage:      Bldg 12 C-Wing HVAC Fan Balancing

Description/Impacts:
Must attempt to balance main blower wheel in the HVAC unit for C-Wing - it has developed a major vibration. Process will require the unit to be turned OFF for brief periods to test and apply weights. Do not expect area to warm significantly - this notification is to alert the occupants of the ongoing repair and possible unusual operating conditions they may hear.
