The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      Test Lab FEL-L1

Start Time:  05/18/2015 07:00
End Time:    05/18/2015 08:00

Description/Impacts:
Remove power from FEL-L1 panel.  This will impact the following:

Klystron
All 480 & 120 power on 3rd level with Klystron (DP-LAB-14)
CMTF control room power (SNS-P1)
FEL-P1 - (injector ctrl room and cave)
FEL-P2 - (injector ctrl room and cave, CMTF ctrl room)

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
