Description/Impacts:
Closing of Kelvin Drive just pass visitor parking to CEBAF 1st entrance from Kelvin parking area
Allow the subcontractor to continue with the excavation for installation of the upgrade of the chill water lines to CEBAF Data Center.

Impacted Areas:
	Kelvin Road
