Description/Impacts:
Outage affects Emergency Panel El in room F111B. This panel controls emergency lighting on  floor 1,2, and 3.
This outage is necessary to hook up the new circuit pulled for the Parking lot lights on the North side of the Cebaf Center parking lot.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
