The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Bldg 12 (CC) Atrium HVAC Repair

Description/Impacts:
Must repair Atrium HVAC unit (replace compressor) - repair will involve a crane which will set-up at the loading dock area and extend over several areas : L102/104, staff services offices, L205, L207, L209, L210/210A/210B, L212/A, center Atrium area. There will be NO access to these areas during the actual lift which should last ~2hrs. Barrier / danger tape will be in place and monitor / spotters will be posted in these areas- please follow their instructions to stay out. 
*NO COOLING in the Atrium until repair is complete

	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
