The following Power Outage has been Completed:

Outage:      Test Lab Emergency Loop Testing

Description/Impacts:
A full emergency transfer test will be performed at 2PM in the Test Lab for panel EDP-MC-1-1.  All power connected to this panel and its subpanels will lose power briefly while the transfer is performed.  Please keep all systems functioning as this test is to simulate a "real" power outage loss.  Coordination is being done through P. Denny

This transfer test is needed to treat the tripped breaker issue suffered during the last large power outage suffered by the test lab.  It is imperative that all customers operate under normal operation to provide the most accurate transfer function possible.  More than 1 transfer function will need to be performed to fully test breaker settings.
