Description/Impacts:
Power Outage to Emergency Power Panels ERPA and ERPB to install power for Computer Center Upgrade.  Affected circuits include the elevator in the FWing, Telecom and computer network closets on all three floors - FWing, kitchen freezer, sprinkler system air conpressor.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
