The following Power Outage has been Confirmed:

Description/Impacts:
The MB panel feeders are to be connected to the switch ACS-1 in the main switchboard to support the start up and operation of the new chillers and domestic water heater. To do this a complete power outage is required for the ARC.

Affects:
- All labs and offices in the ARC Building lose electrical power during this outage.
- Elevators will not be functioning during this outage.
- No power will be supplied to HVAC and all equipment will be powered off.
- Building emergency generators will remain offline during this outage.

Considerations:
- Experimental equipment should be secured and prepared for a 2 day power outage. Normal operations will begin Monday (06/27/2016) of the following work week.
- All chemicals should be properly stored and fume hoods storing chemicals should be shut.
- Evacuate all staff from the building at the end of the work day Friday (06/24/2016).
- No one is to occupy the ARC during this outage.
