Outage:      Data Center Partial Outage - 250 kVA UPS and PDU-8

Description/Impacts:
Power outage to install two breakers in Maintenance Bypass Panel.  Will secure UPS and PDU.  Per Chip Watson, equipment affected is backed up by PDU-6.  Outage is expected to take 4 hours.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
