The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      ARC LAB AHU-1 and AHU-5 Chilled Water System Outage to Insulate Buffer Tank

Description/Impacts:
The ARC Lab AHU-1 and AHU-5 chilled water system will shut down Saturday morning for approximately 2 to 3 hours to insulate the bottom of the chilled water system buffer tank.  A cold front has come through the area resulting in ambient temperatures during early morning hours remaining below 60 degrees F.  Impact to lab areas will be minimal, if any impact at all, because ARC Lab AHU-1 is a 100 percent outside air unit and the ambient air will be approximately the setpoint supply air temperature.  The laboratory exhaust system will remain online.
