Description/Impacts:
Performing preventative maintenance tasks on fume hood exhaust fans : replacing belts, lubricating, operational checks, cleaning,  overall inspection.
Affects all fume hoods in 1st-3rd floor labs : 50% reduction in flow / capacity during tasks (one fan off at the time).
