Description/Impacts:
Remove power from AP-LAB-14 to tie in receptacles for LCLS2 area.  This will remove all 208/120 power from the following:

CM Test Cave Staging
Shipping/Receiving & CM Staging


Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
