Outage:      Power Outage to MDP-SA3 to replace questionable breaker

Description/Impacts:
Outage to replace  breaker that supplies MDP-SA3.  This will affect the LERF LCW and the East ARC Chilled Beam.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 18: Free Electron Laser
	Bldg 38: South Access
