Outage:      Exit Stair 1 Power outage for dehumidifier installation

Description/Impacts:
Requires a power outage of about 2 hours.  Can be done at any time from 7/18 to 7/20 but would like it sooner rather than later.  Scheduling per Steve Suhring.

	Bldg 07: Exit Stair No. 1
