Description/Impacts:
Remove power from thhe UPS panel and all lighting in the ESHQ building, to repair the lighting controller.  This will remove all 208/120 power from all UPS receptacles and circuits (labeled with red receptacles)

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 52: EHS&Q Building
